Md. Zahidul Islam is a dedicated civil engineering professional and one of the founding pillars of Unison Group. With a strong academic background in civil engineering and over a decade of practical field experience, he brings deep expertise in project management, operations, finance, and leadership to the company.

Early in his career, he was involved in high-impact infrastructure projects, working with organizations like Teletalk, Robi Axiata, and Edotco. He also contributed significantly to large-scale developments such as the Matarbari 1200 MW Power Plant project. The Matarbari power station is a proposed 1200 megawatt (MW) coal-fired in Matarbari, Cox's Bazar, Chittagong, Bangladesh. It is one part of the broader Maheshkhali power complex plan that includes several proposed coal and gas-fired plants. Matarbari power station is part of a large multi-plant complex being organized by the Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB).

Known for his operational insight and hands-on approach, Mr. Zahidul Islam is highly skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing site logistics, and ensuring financial efficiency in project execution. His leadership has been instrumental in scaling Unison Group's diverse operations, especially in high-value, deadline-driven civil and infrastructure projects.

Mr. Zahidul Islam values discipline, accountability, and clear communication — qualities that define his leadership style. He maintains a close watch over project deliverables, ensuring that each step aligns with the client’s expectations and industry best practices.

He hails from  Rangpur, where his early values of perseverance and integrity were shaped. Mr. Zahidul Islam is married and a proud father of two sons. He currently resides in Dhaka and remains deeply committed to the continuous growth and impact of Unison Group in the civil engineering and interior solution sector.

Md. Kabirul Hasan Rashel is a seasoned civil engineering professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience in construction, infrastructure development, and large-scale project execution. As the Co-Founder and Head of Operations at Unison Group, he is instrumental in leading the company’s on-ground execution, ensuring seamless coordination across departments, sites, and stakeholders.

Rashel’s core strength lies in his operational leadership — efficiently managing multi-site construction projects, optimizing resource allocation, and implementing rigorous quality control processes. He is adept at translating complex designs into reality by aligning site teams, engineers, contractors, and vendors toward a unified execution strategy. His strong command over project timelines, budgeting, BOQ management, procurement oversight, and technical supervision makes him a trusted leader in the field.

Since the founding of Unison Engineers in 2016, Rashel has led operations for a diverse portfolio of civil and interior projects. His leadership has ensured successful project delivery for clients including JICA, the German Red Cross, SwissContact, and various multinational banks and institutions. His ability to manage pressure, anticipate challenges, and ensure timely handover without compromising on quality has earned him deep respect within the industry.

Rashel’s leadership style is grounded in discipline, practical problem-solving, and team empowerment. He is known for his meticulous site planning, clear communication, and ability to inspire efficiency across all levels of the workforce. He takes pride in maintaining a strong field presence, regularly engaging with site teams to monitor progress and resolve issues in real-time.

He began his professional journey in 2005 and has previously served in key technical roles at organizations such as Robi Axiata Limited, Shohagpur Textile Mills (Purbani Group), and Pexa Home Japan Ltd., gaining critical exposure to high-standard construction environments.

Currently based in Dhaka, Rashel is supported in his journey by his wife, also an engineer. He proudly traces his roots back to Rangpur, where his values of hard work and resilience were shaped.

Mohammad G. Jisan is a seasoned and visionary professional with over a decade of diversified experience across the hospitality, education, and corporate sectors. As the Co-Founder and Head of Commercial at Unison Group, he plays a strategic leadership role in driving the Group’s growth and operational excellence across its core verticals — construction and interior solutions, event management, and lifestyle products.

Mr. Jisan began his career journey during his university years, showcasing an early aptitude for leadership, business acumen, and industry engagement. He holds both BBA and MBA degrees, with dual majors in Marketing and Finance. Throughout his career, he has held key positions in several esteemed institutions including Shahabuddin Medical College Hospital, the distribution network of British American Tobacco Bangladesh (BATB), Orion Security Services Ltd, and served as a Lecturer at the University of South Asia in the Department of Business Administration.

His most notable professional tenure was with Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden, where he served as In-Charge of Sales and Marketing. Under his stewardship, the hotel upheld its reputation as a premier international-standard hospitality destination, achieving excellence in customer service and brand experience.
