L B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
Diploma in Architecture


Software Skills:


A
AutoCAD
MS Office (Excel, Word)
X: Basic knowledge of project management tools (optional)


Technical Skills:


Strong knowledge of construction & interior execution

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D)
Basic knowledge of SketchUp / 3D visualization
Ability to prepare BOQ & material estimation
Understanding of working drawings & site detailing
Knowledge of finishing materials (plywood, board, tiles, paint, electrical, etc.)


Monthly Salary: 15,000 / 25,000
